White Oval Cufflinks
Torpedo fit, white oval enamel cufflinks featuring the club shield. The club shield, in heraldic format is divided into two halves. The top half shows the distinctve pink hippo, beneath it a rope and the lower part shows a star and arrow. It is believed that Leander club united with the Star Club and Arrow Club in around 1816, but we do not have records going back that far to prove it. More recently the club logo was modifed to make it simpler and more distinctive, and now shows the pink hippo with the addition of crossed oars. The full club shield is used for formal occasions, formal letters etc
