Product Description
Imagine that perfect hot day, sunny day during Henley Royal Regatta, when the crews you support come triumphantly home for the ultimate prizes they have been striving so hard to win. Such a day was captured by Timothy Easton, during finals day at Henley last year. This was for a commissioned commemorative painting to celebrate Leander Clulb's bicentenary next year. The painting will take its place in the clubhouse, but you can own a fine quality limited edition print, faithfully matched for colour against the original painting which has been commissioned by the Club to mark the bicentenary.
There will be just 200 signed and numbered prints for sale. There are available unmounted in three sizes. Each size is part of the same edition and printed on acid free high quality art paper using light fast inks. So long as they are not hung in direct light, they will give years of pleasure.
There is an early bird discount of 10% if ordered by the end of November. They can either be collected from the clubhouse or sent in the UK with a p & p charge of £10. For postage abroad, please contact the shop for a quote.
Timothy Easton has painted and held solo exhibitions in many European Countries, as well as America and the Uk. He worked at Henley Royal Regatta over 10 seasons culminating with the paintings made of the famous Olympic Coxless four, while based at Leander and training for the Sydney Olympic Games held in 2000.
