Please note that all orders are processed from our Club shop which is based in the Clubhouse. The online shop does not have a live stock system.  For online orders just click on any products that you wish to buy and click 'Add to Basket' to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your shopping, click "Proceed to Checkout".   Make sure you fill in the delivery details and choose between Paypal OR card for payment.
If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by email and place your order on back order for you. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We shall confirm each order by email but you are advised to make a print-out of the order confirmation screen before closing the webpage.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please note that your credit card company may charge you for this currency conversion.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express.

As clothes come from many different suppliers, we have not do not advise a size chart.  Wherever possible we have put chest sizes as a guide, but please contact the shop if you need any extra guidance. For children's clothing, ages are only an approximation.

All credit and debit card transactions are handled by PayPal, which uses the latest secure processing facilities. All payment transactions are encrypted, and no card details are held by Leander Club.

We aim to dispatch your order within 72  hours of receipt, however at busy times please allow up to 10 days for UK delivery and 14 days for overseas.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may be charged at the point of entry. Any such duties or taxes must be paid by you to the Customs & Excise authority of the relevant country or countries before the goods are released for delivery.

EU customers, please note:

From Thursday 1 July 2021, there will no longer be a threshold under which parcels are duty and VAT exempt, so parcels of any value will now incur UK VAT and duty fees of their country of destination.


All orders are sent by Royal Mail, unless the item is outsized (ie golf umbrella), breakable (ie bone china/glass) or very heavy (books) in which case a courier charge is automatically applied.  Some overweight packages (ie multiple items) will be too heavy to be sent by standard post.  We will contact you if your parcel is overweight.

All UK orders £4.95.  Only orders costing £30 and over are sent by Signed for.

Europe: all orders are sent by International Tracked £14.95

North America and Asia/Australia/New Zealand: Sent by International Tracked £24.95

Rest of World £21.95

If your order is overweight, we will contact you as a courier will need to be sourced which will incur a further charge.

Delivery times varies from country to country we are therefore unable to quote delivery times.

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel the Contract in the event that you change your mind (for any reason) about keeping the products you ordered. By law, you have seven (7) working days to cancel the Contract for your order with us and obtain a full refund. However, our policy is to allow you fourteen (14) days to cancel the Contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund (including any applicable delivery charges you paid for when you placed your order). The 14 working days starts from the day after you receive your order but you can also cancel the order at any time before you receive your order.
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if an email (sent to or written notice (sent to our address as stated below) is received by us within the 14 day period. The email or written notice must contain your order number, name and address. We will confirm any cancellation by email and will repay you within 30 days from the receipt of your cancellation without any further charge to you.
Where the Contract is cancelled, products must be returned in an unused condition, in original packaging and complete with the original receipt. You will be responsible for meeting the costs of returning Products in the event that you have exercised your right to cancel as described above. We will not refund your postage costs for returning Products unless those Products are faulty or defective.
Please note that your legal right to cancel the Contract does not apply to any Products which are made to your specifications.

Separately from your right to cancel the Contract, if your item is faulty or defective upon receipt, we will offer a full refund within fourteen (14) working days (starting from the day you receive your order). We will refund the price of a defective product in full (at the price you paid for your item, plus any applicable delivery charges).
If you return a product, it remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure it is packaged properly and can't get damaged on the way, please ensure all original tags and packaging is intact. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, we'll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email within 10 days of returning your items, please contact us using the contact details below.

EXCHANGES: All exchanges are are charged at the standard P&P as listed above.  Please email or call the shop to make the p&p payment.  The garment/item you are exchanging must be received by us in a saleable condition with the original tags and labels still attached to the garment.
